boost your success by practicing happiness

True happiness is the dream of everyone. We pursuit and achieve it through different acts. Everyone has a different perspective about happiness. Some call it the outcome of success and some relate it to the inner peace. Leading Positive psychologist Shawn Achor’s has completely rejected the relation and claimed it to be possible in reverse. He took success as the output of happiness. He tried to explain the effect of happiness and positive mindset in our daily life.

As no human is perfect so concept of complete happiness is vague. We all feel despair, uselessness and depression in our life. I am no exception. I had faced a lot of scenarios where despair took over me and happiness looked unattainable. At present I also feel the same sometime. Now I can use some tips from Shawn TED talk to overcome this situation. Tips I want to apply are:

1. I need to change my lens and see the world from a different perspective. It will help my mind to process the information in a different way and will yield happiness. It would help me to magnify the positive aspects and nullify the negatives

2. I can develop a sense of happiness and then strive for success. it will fill my mind with positive energy and will allow me to work even harder

3. I will try to take challenges as opportunities to learn more. It will allow me to develop more and more neuron connections for learning

As per Shawn TED talk I chose following two methods to develop positive thinking. In fact I have been applying these before. I chose exercise and random act of kindness to boost my happiness and grow the tree of positive thinking. I am doing exercise daily and do at least 2 acts of kindness.

It is proving to be an excellence experience for me.

Whenever I do any act of kindness it boosts my inner energy and gives me a state of inner peace. It allows me to understand the purpose of life and importance of others. My routine life relations are getting better day by day. Element of trust deficient is diminishing rapidly. It is such an excellent experience for me. I am feeding stray animals, helping my mother in daily works, teaching a disabled student and helping my all friends.

I am also doing exercise daily. The time I spend at club is the most energetic and useful time for me. I forget all my anxieties at club and focuses on using my inner energy to ease my muscles and endure them.

Both the activities are really pouring a sense of happiness and positive thinking inside my soul and body
