Social minimalism is about having fewer friends or having no friends at all.It is better to be alone than to be in a bad company.
The advantages of social minimalism is that you can form deeper connections because you are connected with only few people and their relationships become meaningful . Our focus is a scarce commodity, when you have few friends, you can give the attention they deserves ,this will lead to a more fulfilling Experience .
Having fewer friends will also free of your time in energy so that you can focus on other areas of your life.And projects that you care for.
if you have fewer friends means your social obligations will be very,there is less stress upon you to confirm with the demands of having a social circle. You need not wear a mask to confirm with the group.
It is also leads to the development of your personality as a more authentic person.
You can be genuine with the few friends that you have. I am not saying that you should not have friend , but having few quality friends who stand by you is much better than having a lot of connections with whom you rarely interact.
