Una noche de agobio

Muchas veces la tristeza nos supera. Y si estamos solos o no queremos compartirlo con nadie es necesario encontrar una forma de soltar ese estado de negatividad. La mía suele ser escribir.

Releer éste escrito cuando estoy “bien” me da una sensación de amargura. ¿Cómo pude llegar a ése estado? Pero luego recapacito y digo: fue necesario. Así como muchos obstáculos que vivimos y que nos ayudan a valorar cuando llega el buen amanecer.
