When did you stop having fun on a daily basis?

I thought having fun on a daily basis meant I wasn”t taking a responsible approach to life.

When I did start to have fun more often and then on a daily basis the difference it made was priceless.

As a child my home life was very negative so it was only outside the home that I had fun with friends and when I was playimg sport or reading which i did alot to escape the negative environment.

Going forward I had conflicting emotions as my parents were such a strong influence and they moulded my belief system so because of this my belief system stopped me from having fun, I was very cautious and always preparing for the worst to happen.

I could tell you learning to have fun was easy for me but I wouldn’t be being honest with you but I can tell you when I did master it the benefits were so amazing.

Everything changes when you switch to having fun at work, with relationships and your outlook, it takes on a different perspective and feelimg of satisfaction and much more happiness.

You might ask if having fun or being perceived as having fun stops you being taken seriously? Great question!

The having fun outlook is somethimg you develop from within so even in serious situations your demeanour comes across as serious but your inner self is having so much fun.

Let”s say you enter a new romantic relationship, usually for most of us the first few weeks we have fun and are our best relaxed selves.

After this period and as the relationship starts to develop, alot of the relaxed feeling of fun stops, we either start to feel vulnerable thinking of past relationship issues or feel that having fun will mean we don’t take the relationship seriously and therefoe neither will our new partner.

Using this concept can be scary at times in the beginning but the benefits substantially outweigh the fears.

Why should a relationship of any kimd be serious?
