We have Nutritionist who provide free consultation for the users subscribed with us for Lunch Box. The user provides their age, height and weight details and our BMI calculator inbuilt in the app provides the BMI for the user for their age.

Based on this the nutritionist will help you choose the diet to regulate or maintain BMI. As we know, maintaining BMI is an ongoing process and simply regulating BMI only will not work.
