He SAW and he DID something about it.

What does it take to be kind?

My brother had sent me a video on Instagram that had really touched my heart and taught me yet another lesson on kindness. It was just so inspiring I have to share it here.

Then you see this inspiring young man, whose bigger than all of the other players, grabbing the ball and passing it to another player who’s way smaller in size.

Throughout the game, no one had paid attention to the small boy who had been passed the ball by the big boy. No one had passed him the ball because he was so small and he was rather slow compared to the other players. But this big boy? This young man?

This young man caught the ball and passed it to the smaller player in the team. Not once, but twice, gave the little boy a fair chance, to have a go at shooting the ball to the hoop. Though the big boy is just a young boy, I would regard him as a young man because he’s acting like one.

Today, I’ve been taught a valuable lesson by a boy way younger than me. A boy who acted wise beyond his years, a figure of kindness we can all learn from.

There is hope still for the future of humanity.
